Aftermarket Sales Manager

Description

Flexicell, A Pearson Packaging Systems Company is hiring for an Aftermarket Sales Manager. This position has direct responsibility for exceeding the sales and profit targets for upgrades, rebuilds, recommended spare parts lists, and the parts business for their assigned customer accounts and territory. The focus of this position is to proactively develop, qualify and close new sales opportunities.

  • Work closely with the entire Aftermarket team for the execution of pricing, order entry and overall customer satisfaction
  • Build customer relations through solution-oriented communications
  • Maintain territory accounts, including updating asset information, contact information, etc.
  • Collaborate with the service team and sales managers on parts/sales opportunities and audit processes
  • Develop and manage procedures and policies governing aftermarket opportunities and customer correspondence
  • Qualify and prepare reports on sales leads, project development activities, project lifecycles and associated data
  • Up to 75% travel expected

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in robotics, automation or related field
  • Minimum 3 years working in the packaging industry in a sales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully exceed aggressive sales objectives
  • Adept at effectively utilizing ERP and CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially regarding customer relations
  • Superior teamwork skills and ability to work tactfully and positively with different departments
  • Ability to work independently with great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated and willing to be challenged, continuously grow professionally and contribute to the company in a meaningful way
