Aftermarket Sales Manager

The Aftermarket Sales Manager is directly responsible for exceeding sales and profit targets for upgrades, rebuilds, recommended spare parts lists, and parts for businesses and signed customer accounts and territory. The ideal candidate will work closely with the entire Aftermarket team for the execution of pricing, order entry and overall customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop leads and explain products/services offered
  • Collect and prepare reports on lead development activities, project lifecycles and associated data
  • Build customer relationships through solution-oriented communications and explain products/services offered
  • Work closely with the entire Aftermarket team for the execution of pricing, order entry and overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain territory accounts, including updating asset information, contact information, etc.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments for supporting resources
  • Develop and manage procedures and policies governing aftermarket opportunities and customer correspondence
  • Manage marketing initiatives, participate in special projects and ongoing training and personal development
  • Up to 75% anticipated travel


  • Associate’s Degree in robotics, automation or technical-related field
  • Minimum 3 years working in the packaging industry in a sales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully exceed aggressive sales objectives
  • Adept at effectively using ERP and CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially regarding customer relations
  • Superior teamwork skills and ability to work tactfully and positively with different departments
  • Ability to work independently with great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated and willing to be challenged, continuously grow professionally and contribute to the company in a meaningful way
